Two rival street gang leaders (Shoota and Big Red) from Zone 1 of Atlanta are pursued by the same relentless police officer (Fence) who stops at nothing to bring them both down. Fence's tactics are unconventional, but effective so he has no fear of the consequences. The escalating pressure from the senseless violence and betrayal within the triangle of cops and criminals pushes every participant in this cat and mouse game to do their worse.
